About these terms

Adrenaland operates this website and sells the offers described here. These terms cover use of the website and our Founding VIP reservations. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to make a purchase.

The Founding Guest List is free. Buying VIP access is optional. Adrenaland is in development; joining the list or buying VIP access does not book a visit or confirm an opening date.

Your Founding VIP benefits

A $5 Founding VIP access fee gives you the launch link before the general email list and public announcement, plus the lowest price offered for the same package during the Founding Guest presale. The fee is separate from the price of a stay package. If your earlier offer or order promised a $5 package credit, we will honor it.

VIP launch emails will be sent before the general-list email and public announcement. This is an earlier invitation to shop, not a private checkout or a guarantee of a particular cabin, package, date or place ahead of other VIPs. We will announce the launch date and time in advance. Availability will be shown when packages go on sale.

The lowest-price benefit compares the same package and inclusions during that Founding Guest presale. If we offer that package for less during the presale, we will honor the lower price for eligible VIP buyers; contact us with your order details. It is not a promise about prices after that presale.

Your VIP access fee is fully refundable under our Refund Policy. If you were promised a package credit, we will send its redemption instructions before the presale. Joining the list or purchasing VIP access does not require you to buy a stay.

Orders, delivery and later packages

Use accurate contact and payment information, and purchase only with a payment method you are authorized to use. Your order confirmation identifies your purchase and the amount charged. Contact us if your confirmation does not arrive.

VIP access is recorded electronically. Nothing is shipped, and buying it does not create a lodging, event or rental booking. If we decline or cancel a paid VIP order, we will refund the payment.

Concept images show the intended experience. Your purchase includes only the benefits expressly described in its offer. Future packages will have their own inclusions, availability, booking and cancellation terms presented before purchase. A later policy change will not take away benefits or refund rights already promised to you.

Privacy and emails

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link. Necessary order, refund and other service messages may still be sent. Unsubscribing alone does not cancel a paid reservation; email us if you want a refund.

Using the website

Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit false orders. Website content belongs to Adrenaland or its respective owners. Visiting the site does not transfer rights to its content or branding. Other websites linked here have their own terms and privacy practices.

Relationship with Shopify

Adrenaland is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Adrenaland. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Adrenaland, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Adrenaland.

Website availability and your rights

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but technical errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us about an order or payment error so we can investigate it. We cannot use a website error or general disclaimer to avoid our express VIP benefits or refund promises.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives protections against deceptive practices, or limits any nonwaivable right to a refund or payment dispute. These website terms are not an activity, vehicle-rental or injury waiver.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future website use and future orders by posting a dated version. The promises and terms that applied when you purchased continue to govern that purchase unless you agree to a lawful change. Indiana law and applicable federal law govern, subject to any consumer protections that cannot be waived.
