Founding VIP access

The $5 Founding VIP access fee is fully refundable on request. Receiving updates or an early-access invitation does not end that refund right. You do not have to purchase a stay to request your $5 back.

Email manmanmiller0720@gmail.com with the name and email used at checkout. An order number helps, but is not required. We do not deduct advertising, development or payment-processing costs from the VIP fee refund.

Refunds go to the original payment method. We will email you when the refund is issued; your bank may take up to 10 business days to post it. Refunding the fee cancels that VIP access. It does not automatically cancel or change the terms of a separately purchased stay package.

Access fees and earlier package credits

Under the access-fee-only offer, the $5 pays for VIP benefits and is not deducted from a later package price. If your offer or order promised that your $5 would go toward a package, we will honor that promise. This update does not remove an existing credit or refund right.

A promised $5 credit can be applied once to one qualifying Founding Guest package. We will provide redemption instructions before the presale opens. The credit is not applied automatically and has no automatic forfeiture date. If it is unused, you can request a full refund instead.

Once an earlier credit is applied to a package, the terms shown before that package purchase govern its cancellation and refund, including the applied $5. The same $5 cannot be refunded twice.

What VIP access includes

VIP access provides the benefits stated in your offer. It does not book a cabin, park visit, rental, event or travel date. Future stay packages will have their own booking and cancellation terms before purchase.

If we cancel the Founding VIP program before providing the promised benefits, we will refund the access fee. Earlier unused credits will also be refunded if the program is canceled. We will not substitute another project or store credit without your agreement.

Nothing here removes benefits already promised to you or rights that applicable law gives you.
