Why I’m creating Adrenaland

I’ve lived in Indianapolis my whole life. I want to create an off-road park in Central Indiana where people can ride, stay overnight and spend a weekend together.

The villas give riders a place to stay after a day on the trails. They’re also for couples, families and friends who want a getaway without riding.

Where will Adrenaland be?

Central Indiana, in the Indianapolis region. We’ll share the exact location before packages go on sale.

Can I bring my own off-road vehicle?

Yes. We’ll share the permitted vehicle types, trail details and riding rules before passes go on sale.

Will you offer rentals?

Yes. We’ll announce the rental vehicles, prices and driver requirements before bookings open.

Can I stay overnight?

Yes. Each two-bedroom villa has a full kitchen, separate living room, indoor waterfall pool and sheltered hot tub. The pool and hot tub are private to your stay.

Can I stay without riding?

Yes. You can stay in a villa without riding.

When can I visit or book?

An opening date hasn’t been announced. Passes, rentals and stays aren’t on sale yet. At the stay presale, you’ll buy a package first and choose dates after the villas and included amenities are ready. We’ll handle date requests in the order stay packages are paid in full. Paying the $5 VIP fee does not determine that order. You’ll see package details, booking rules and refund terms before you buy.

What is the difference between the free list and VIP?

The free list receives park updates, launch offers and a presale invitation. Optional $5 VIP access adds an earlier stay-presale invitation and our lowest Founding presale price for the same eligible stay package. The fee is fully refundable and separate from the stay price. It isn’t deducted from a purchase and doesn’t hold a villa or date. Standalone rentals, passes, memberships and merchandise are excluded.
